5 eachMushrooms large
2 eachlarge leeks cut up
6 cupChicken broth
4 eachChicken sausage cut up
9 ozPackage cheese tortellini
3 cloveGarlic
3 tbspHot pepper sauce
5 eachCilantro

In a hot skillet heat olive oil add mushroom, leeks stir till soften. About 5 min.

Pour chinken broth into a large pan, bring to a boil add chicken, tortellini, garlic, hot sauce. Reduce heat stir inmushrooms and leek. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Garnish with cilantro.
