  • 950 gramsham hock /pork knuckle
  • 300 gramsmustard green
  • 10 clovegarlic with skin
  • sauce
  • 3 tbspthai chili sauce
  • 1 tbspdark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbspfive spice
  • 5star anise
  • 1dry tamarind skin
  • 10dry chili
  • 3 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 literwater

  1. 1

    in pan quick saute ham hock /pork knuckle with garlic and sugar then add all ingredient and water bring to a boil

    put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 25 to 35 minute depending on how soft you want your pork knuckle

  3. 3

    learn it rest for 3 hour so flavour will be more intense then bring it to a boil again then off heat to serve
