Ingredients

  1. marinade
  2. 1lemon squeezed of it's juice and it's peel grated
  3. 1 1/2 cupgreek yogurt
  4. 1/8 cupolive oil
  5. 4 cloveof minced garlic
  6. 1 tspsea salt
  7. 6mint leaves, fine chiffenade cut

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Coat meat on all sides, place in a clean bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.

  3. 3

    Grill your meat as you normally would according to type of meat used.

  4. 4

    Enjoy flavorful , moist barbeque. You can roast your meat with this marinade too.
