  1. 1/2 cuprice vinegar
  2. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1/2 cupsesame oil
  4. 1 tbspginger; minced
  5. 1 tbspgarlic; minced
  6. 1 tbspbasil paste

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk all ingredients together. Marinate any meat for up to one hour

    Variations; Sherry, mirin, lemon, white vinegar, champagne, tamari, horseradish, parsley, cilantro, mustard, tamarind, sesame seeds
