Heat ghee and wait till it get warm.

Make a well between maida and add oil, salt and warm ghee.

Now add powdered sugar and mix it first. Then first mix 1 cup milk with 1 cup water and pour that mixture in it. Incase needed add additional. And make soft dough. Remember if you make a ball of that dough and place it on platform it should get flat but it shouldn't be runny. It should able to hold ingredients.

Then make thick chapati of it. And cut small squares of it.

Then fry those squares on low flame and fry it till nice golden shade.

Cool it down and store it in air tight container.
