Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgPumpkin
  • 5curry leaves
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 3green chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add jeera, crushed garlic, curry leaves and green chillis.

  2. 2

    Once those are fry add red chilli powder and turmeric and mix it.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped pumpkin and first mix it and put lid on it.

  4. 4

    Once it is cooked remove it from flame and serve it hot
