Masala Paneer
Traditional Paneer with it's unique taste..
Steps

Make paste of tomato, cashewnut and cream

Cut paneer into small pieces

Put frying pan on gas flame and add oil and heat it

Add chopped onion and saute it for 5 min
- 5
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute it for 2 min
- 6
Add turmeric, coriander and red cilli powder an continue to saute till the oil starts to leave the masala paste

Add tomato, cream and cashewnut paste and continue to saute till the oil starts ti leave the paste

Add salt, garam masala and water and stir it
- 9
Leave it for sometime till the curry begins to thicken on simmer low flame
- 10
Add paneer cubes and cook them for about a min till they become soft
- 11
Don't cook for a long time as the paneer will become dense
- 12
Garnish paneer masala with coriander leaves, serve paneer masala with hot plain naan, rotis or jeera rice.
