Soak the corn overnight or for at least 5hours

Cook the corn until very soft turning it consistently

Put water in a pot and add the soaked corn with pinch of salt

For the sauce: rough blend your chilli and bell pepper with onion

Put palm oil on fire and add chopped onions

Fry the onions until the color start to change

Add the blended pepper and stir

Add the ponmo or fish or meat (as preferred)and salt and Maggie

Cook until slightly thick however there must be overflow of palm oil.

In another pot cook your beans till very soft
