It's that time of the year when chilly winds have taken a toll on many people's health. Steps

Take peanuts in a baking tray. Dry roast peanuts for about 12-15 minutes till the nuts begin to crackle and turn golden brown. Keep nuts to cool.

Clean flaxseeds properly.Put them in clean and dry Kitchen towel and rub properly to remove any dust particles.

Take flaxseeds in a thick bottom steel wok. Roast on medium heat till the seeds begin to crackle. Turn off the heat when the seeds begin to change color and a sweet aroma emanates. let the seeds cool.

Chop dry fruits finely.

Rub peanuts between hands to remove skin. Grind nuts to a fine powder.

Grind flaxseeds to a powder.

Now put powdered nuts, flaxseeds, chopped dry fruits and jaggery powder to a bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands.

Now heat ghee in a wok and add the mixture.Roast for few seconds just to mix the mixture.

Take mixture in hands and press tightly to get round Laddoos.Place almonds and cashews over the Laddoos.

Store in an airtight container.
