Purchased my daughter a Hello Kitty Ice Cream Maker for her birthday. We never used until today because we had a snow day lol. It was sooooooo good, better than the store ;).
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Please ensure to but the base of the ice cream maker in the refrigerator for 12 hours. The base has to be cold in order for the ice cream to change consistency.
- 2
Place egg yolk and sugar in a bowl and beat together.
- 3
In a saucepan slowly bring the milk to boiling
point, and then pour onto the egg mixture beating together. - 4
Return the mixture to the pan and stir constantly
until the mixture thickens and forms a film over the back of the spoon. Do not let it boil or the mixture will
separate. Remove from heat and leave until cold. - 5
Stir in the cream and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the
freezer bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.

Gotta be Homemade! Easy Vanilla Ice Cream Gotta be Homemade! Easy Vanilla Ice Cream
My son made a fuss because he wanted to eat ice cream, so I created this recipe...When the heat is on, don't bring the mixture to a boil. This is the only tip and this recipe is very easy.If you use heavy cream, it will have a rich taste, but if you use non-dairy heavy cream, it will have a lighter taste. If you prefer the richer taste, use heavy cream. Using 100 ml of each cream makes the dish delicious as well. Recipe by yoshirin cookpad.japan -
