Cooking Instructions
- 1
TIP: You could try adding less soy milk and sugar or use chocolate milk instead.
- 2
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie while you prepair the other ingredients.
- 3
Use mixer on the whipped cream.
- 4
Add the egg yolks.
- 5
Put the condensed milk in a bowl.
- 6
Add the cocoa powder and sugar.
- 7
Slowly add some soy milk to the melted chocolate and pour as much as you can into the bowl.
- 8
Give the bowl a stir and use the remaining soy milk to clean the chocolate bowl, before it get hard.
- 9
When you have a nice consistency in both mixtures, add them together and mix until it is ready.
- 10
The mixture is pretty fluid and sweet (52%), but don't worry it will become ice cream in the fridge.

A friend asked me when I was going to make them some chocolate ice cream the night before their birthday....I added chocolate chips this time, but this ice cream tastes great without it. It would probably taste lovely with nuts as well It's important to mix in the 2 tablespoons of whipped cream in Step 2, otherwise the batter won't will mix well; Just take a bit of cream from the large bowl. If you don't have any chocolate liqueur, you can substitute it with any liqueur of your choice. Recipe by Makunouchi cookpad.japan -

I used to make vanilla ice cream with whipped cream. When I was getting bored with it, I suddenly realized that I could make chocolate ice cream if I added chocolate.Just mix vigorously with a hand mixer! No need to worry too much about forming stiff peaks. Just keep in mind that it might turn out too hard if it's not whisked enough.Freeze well (overnight, if possible), serve, and enjoy! I usually eat it directly from the Tupperware container. For a large tupperware container. Recipe by Pfmegu cookpad.japan -

Vanilla Ice Cream Vanilla Ice Cream
I love homemade ice cream. My family would make this often during summer time as I grew up. We double the vanilla because we like the flavor. But you can change the flavor by adding your favorite flavoring. Also we have made peach, strawberry, and banana nut with this same recipe simply by adding the fruit and nuts directly to the mixture. 1953kenny
