Ingredients

  • 175 gramsdried macroni
  • 50 gramsbutter
  • 50 gramsflour
  • 600 mlmilk
  • 1 pinchof salt
  • 1 pinchof ground pepper
  • 200 gramscheddar cheese grated

    Boil the macroni and drain the water. Then put it back in to the bowl

  2. 2

    To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan on a low heat. Stir in the flour and cook the mixture for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Take the pan off thhe heat and add little milk. Stir it really well and then add the rest of the milk, at little at each time.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan again a then start making the sauce boil. Make sure it doesn't stick

  5. 5

    The sauuce will began to thicken. Let it bubble for 1 minute and then add 175 grams of the cheese and take it out the heatpan from the heat.

    Pour the sauce over the macroni and stir it well.

  7. 7

    Brush some butter into an oven proof dish and pour the cheesy macroni in it.

  8. 8

    Sprincle the rest of the cheese . Then bake the macroni about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

  9. 9

    Wearing oven gloves take out the dish. Let the macroni cool for some minutes and then serve it
