Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonground mustard powder
  2. 2/3 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonground sage
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoononion powder
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped parsley flakes
  7. 1/2 teaspooncelery salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Gather the spices together.

    Mix well put into an air tight container keeps as long as you normally keep spices. Also can be stored in a plastic ziploc bag and put into a freeze.

    This particular spice mix doesn't have powdered garlic because in meatloaf I usually like minced garlic.
