Pan fried potatoes and coleslaw

Ingredients

  1. 5large potatoes
  2. 3table spoons oil
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper
  4. Quarter cabbage
  5. 2carrots
  6. 4 spoonsmayo

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash potatoes

  2. 2

    Boil water and add to potatoes. As they boil you can season with salt and pepper.Boil for about 8 minutes

  3. 3

    Test by piercing potatoes with fork,if it comes out clean potatoes are ready

  4. 4

    Drain the water,cool and slice the potatoes into wedges

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a pan until hot

  6. 6

    Brown each side of potato

  7. 7

    Serve with coleslaw and ketchup.Enjoy
