This is creation of mine, making the usual peda with a chocolatey twist and raspberry centre.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients except the cocoa powder and rasberry coulis, together to form a smooth paste without any lumps.

Take 1/4th part of the mixture into a kadhai. Mix the raspberry coulis to it, mix well. Mix the cocoa powder to rest of the mixture mixture and cook on a low flame.

Cook till both the mixtures leaves the sides, it takes about 25-30 minutes.

Cool them. Divide the raspberry mixture into small balls and the cocoa mix into a little larger balls. Take a cocoa ball, flatten it and put a raspberry mix ball into it. Reshape it into small peda and use any stencil for the design or peda stamps.

Repeat the same for all the peda. raspberry coulis : heat the raspberries with little sugar and mix. Cook till the raspberries are mashed and cooked enough. Strain it to get the coulis.
