peel and take out bones.dice the peaches add to blender. combine yogurt & condensed milk, schnapps, lemon juice and blend well till smooth.

boil 1/2 cup water turn off add gelatin stir completly add to peach mix.blend well. I added 4drops of food coloring to give the rich color.

add your mix to a glass baking dish.any size you choose for desired thicknees. let set atleast 3-4hrs.
