Prepare rice according to instructions.

In extra large frying pan, heat oil.

Add frozen broccoli, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms. Cover and sauté on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove cover and cook until done.

Add scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add peas.

Cover vegetables with rice.

Add soy sauce evenly over rice.

Add chili garlic sauce.

Stir, carefully, to fully mix.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
