  1. 2 cupUnprepared Basmati Rice
  2. 1 packagesFrozen Broccoli Florets
  3. 1 packagesFrozen Brussel Sprouts
  4. 1/2 packagesFrozen Peas
  5. 1 packagesBaby Portabella Mushrooms
  6. 1 bunchGreen Onions (Scallions)
  7. 3 tbspChili Garlic Sauce
  8. 1/3 cupSoy Sauce
  9. 1/3 cupOlive Oil

  1. 1

    Prepare rice according to instructions.

  2. 2

    In extra large frying pan, heat oil.

  3. 3

    Add frozen broccoli, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms. Cover and sauté on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove cover and cook until done.

  4. 4

    Add scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add peas.

  6. 6

    Cover vegetables with rice.

  7. 7

    Add soy sauce evenly over rice.

  8. 8

    Add chili garlic sauce.

    Stir, carefully, to fully mix.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
