1 1/2 lbprecooked & peeled, large or jumbo shrimp
6 cuphalved small tomatoes of various sizes & colors.
1lb. asparagus, trimmed and halved
2 smallavocados, cubed
1 cupfresh basil leaves
1/2 cupcrumbled natural gorgonzola or blue cheese(optional)
1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
1juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 tbsporganic dijon mustard
1/2 tspeach sea salt & pepper

Boil asparagus in sea salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water
Mix all ingredients gently in large bowl, coating with dressing. Serve immediately
