  2. 2whole eggs

    Crack 2 eggs in small bowl

  2. 2

    Peel bananna and add to bowl with eggs

  3. 3

    Mash eggs and bannana to nice smooth consistency

  4. 4

    Small amount of olive oil in frying pan cook until done

  5. 5

    Optional: serve with favorite topping eg. Honey and cinnamon or fruit
