  1. 2 cuppacked self rising flour
  2. 1/3 cupitalian style bread crumbs
  3. 1/3 cupjapanese style panko
  4. 24 largecheese sticks
  5. 2 largeeggs
  6. 1/3 cupmilk

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Heat up deep frier to 320°F Fahrenheit

  3. 3

    Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Combine milk into egg mixture and mix well.

  5. 5

    Cut cheese sticks in half.

  6. 6

    Soak cheese stick into egg mixture than lightly dust with dry ingredients.

  7. 7

    Fry until golden brown
