2 cuppacked self rising flour
1/3 cupitalian style bread crumbs
1/3 cupjapanese style panko
24 largecheese sticks
2 largeeggs
1/3 cupmilk

Mix all dry ingredients.

Heat up deep frier to 320°F Fahrenheit

Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl.

Combine milk into egg mixture and mix well.

Cut cheese sticks in half.

Soak cheese stick into egg mixture than lightly dust with dry ingredients.

Fry until golden brown
