So I was watching the pioneer woman this morning on food network (I love her and think she is super adorable) but unfortunately as much as I love her I usually don't use her recipes mostly because she feeds a ton of people and it usually isn't too healthy haha . This one looked super easy and delicious and even though it's definitely not healthy why not it's Sunday 💁🏼

Ingredients

20 mins
1 serving
  1. 1Steak
  2. 1 cupFlour
  3. 1 tspSeasoned Salt
  4. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  5. 1/4 tspCayenne
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 1/2 cupMilk
  8. 2 tbspButter
  9. Canola Oil

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut steak into strips.

  2. 2

Put butter and canola oil in a pan on high.

  3. 3

Put dry ingredients in one bowl.

  4. 4

Put wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Dredge the steak strips in flour mix first then the egg then back in the flour.

  5. 5

Add steak strips to the butter and oil pan. 2 minutes per side.

  6. 6

Once they are done put them on a paper towel to soak up grease.

  7. 7

Reserve 1/4 cup of grease mixture for gravy and dump the rest.

  8. 8

Put it back into the pan with 2 tbs of access flour mixture or fresh flour then add milk as needed to desired consistency. I probably added at least 3/4 cup.

  9. 9

This is how my gravy turned out.

  10. 10

    Serve and enjoy:)
