  1. 1 packagesTurkey Polska Kielbasa
  2. 1 cupUnprepared Basmati Rice
  3. 1 canBlack beans, washed and drained
  4. 1 canCorn with green and red peppers
  5. 1 canCampbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  6. 1/4 cupHalf and half (approx. measurement)
  7. 1/4 cupolive oil (approx. measurement)
  8. 5 tbspChili powder (approx. measurement)
  9. 1 tspCumin
  10. 1 dashCayenne Pepper
  11. 1/2 tspGarlic Salt
  12. 1/3 cupFrozen Chopped Onion
  13. 6drops Tobasco Sauce
  14. 1bullion Vegetable Broth

  1. 1

    Prepare rice according to package instructions leaving out all optional ingredients and adding vegetable bullion.

  2. 2

    Cut turkey sausage into thick slices.

  3. 3

    Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and onions to a pan and turn on heat. When hot add turkey sausage and saute until almost done.

  4. 4

    Add black beans and cook for a few minutes until cooked.

  5. 5

    Add corn and peppers and cook a few more minutes until done.

  6. 6

    Add cooked rice, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and mix well.

  7. 7

    In bowl mix cheese soup, half and half, and Tobasco sauce.

  8. 8

    Add cheese soup to rice mixture. Mix well. May need to add a little oil (1 tbsp) to help with mixing. Cook until done.
