Ingredients

  • 1/4 packagesRice Noodles
  • slicered bell pepper and yellow bell pepper
  • 100 gramsChicken
  • pinchchili peppers
  • slicefresh ginger
  • 1/2An apple peeled and diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice noodles according to package and slice and dice the veg and chicken.

  2. 2

    In a wok or frying pan add the chillies and ginger and the chicken. After 3 minutes add a dash of soy sauce.

  3. 3

    Add the bell peppers and apple and stir. Leave for 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Drain the noodles and add to wok. Stir in the ingredients. Serve.
