A healthy yet easy lunch to rock up on one of those extremely tedious days.

Ingredients

  1. 73 grams2 minutes noodles
  2. 1 canSardines in vegetable oil
  3. 50 gramsFrozen mixed vegetables
  4. 1pepper and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Steam vegetables till tender while cooking the noodles in a separate saucepan

  2. 2

    Drain the water when noodles are done then add canned sardines ( add vegetable oil too ) to the saucepan followed by the vegetables.

  3. 3

    Season and fry on low heat for a minute.

  4. 4

    Toss together and serve while hot.
