Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350°F.

Whisk garlic, salt, oil, thyme, rosemary, pepper and sage together in a large bowl.

Add bread cubes and toss until coated.

Spread bread on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

Cool before serving.

*You can also substitute 1/2 teaspoon of each dried herb if you don't have fresh thyme, rosemary, and sage.*
