200 mlmilk
100-300 mlwater
3 spoonssugar
cooking oil
1 pinchsalt
cooking pan or safuria

Put pan/safuria in jiko

Put 1ltr cooķing oil

Cut the mixture of flour,milk,water,sugar and salt into ua desired size

Put the cut pieces in the hot cooking oil

After 3 to 4 min it will turn brown

Madazi ready to eat
