  • 1 kgwheat flour
  • baking powder 1 and half spoons
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 100-300 mlwater
  • 3 spoonssugar
  • cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • cooking pan or safuria

    Put pan/safuria in jiko

  2. 2

    Put 1ltr cooķing oil

  3. 3

    Cut the mixture of flour,milk,water,sugar and salt into ua desired size

  4. 4

    Put the cut pieces in the hot cooking oil

  5. 5

    After 3 to 4 min it will turn brown

  6. 6

    Madazi ready to eat
