  2. 1boil potato
  3. 1grated mooli with leaves
  4. .1/4 tsp ajwain
  5. .1/4 tsp .lal mirch
  6. .1/4 tsp Salt
  7. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Makki ke ate mein boil aloo.grated mooli.and barik katte mooli ke patte mix karein.

  2. 2

    Salt.ajwain.lal mrch dal ke lukewarm water se dough ready karein.

  3. 3

    Karahi mein oil garam karein thapthapa ke chotti poori bana ke fry karein.

  4. 4

    Achar and dahi ke sath khaye.
