Take a mixer grind the dal chillis ginger and salt make a fine paste. Then beat the batter help with a hand beater till the paste fluffy.

Heat oil in kadai then drop lemon sized quantity of batter into the oil then fry till golden brown. Remove these vada into a bowl then add warm water.remove and press between palms and keep aside.

Beat curd well smooth and add the water red chilli, sugar cumin powder and salt mix well

Place the vadas in a serving dish and pour over the vadas covering them completely pour the chatnies sprinkle pinch of chat masala cumin powder and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds
