Mix and set aside 1 cup warm water, 6 tbls yeast and 1 tsp sugar

Mix in this order 2 1/2 cups boiling water 1/2 cups potato flakes 3 cups buttermilk (Beat the eggs) Add 1 cup oil 1 cup sugar 2 tbls salt Add 8 cups flour and Mix well Add 8 more cups to make a soft dough

The best way to make it soft is to stop adding flour as soon as the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl and the side of the bowl is clean.

Knead for 10 minutes

Let rise to double size, shape into rolls or loafs. Roll out dough on a counter Melt and pour a thin layer of butter over the surface of the dough Shake a layer of the cinnamon/sugar mix over the dough Add rasins if desired Roll the dough and cut it into small roll sized pieces and place on a cookie sheet

Let rise to almost double size again.

Bake at 350 Degree. Rolls 10 -12 minutes. Bread loafs 30 minutes.
