At times its better to use different methods to cook rice. I tried it differently and it was awesome.
Steps

Fry your rice then add a bit of water cover then reduce the heat when you rice is ready.

In a another pot steam carrots and broccoli for 5 mins. Remember to add salt then drain water.

Use a non stick pan, add cooking oil then the green pepper, onions and red pepper for. 3 to 5 mins.

Add the fried rice mix them together. Serve with beef or chicken so yummy.
