Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong dal
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1jeera
  • 1 tsphing
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1green chilli
  • 5curry leaves
  • 1 tbspghee
  • as neededSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Use pressure cook

  2. 2

    Take ghee in pot. Heat it.

  3. 3

    Add jeera, curry leaves, chilli and hing.

  4. 4

    Add soaked dal and rice. Here also add turmeric and salt.

  5. 5

    Now add around double size water in it and give 3 whistle.

  6. 6

    While serving add more ghee and serve it.
