  • 1/2 lbmarie biscuits (plain sweet biscuits)
  • 1lemon
  • 3 ozcoconut
  • 4 ozbutter
  • 1/2tin of condensed milk

    Crush biscuits and place in basin with rind of lemon and coconut

  2. 2

    Put condensed milk and butter on heat,stirring until blended.Then mix into buiscuit mixture.

  3. 3

    Press into slice tin,ice with lemon icing made from the juice of one lemon.**can also use an orange instead of lemon.
