Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground chuck
  2. 1/2 cupgreen pepper
  3. 1/2 cuponion
  4. 1 tspcelery salt
  5. 1/2 cupworchestershire sauce
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste
  7. 15 ozbeef broth
  8. 2 1/2 cuptomato juice
  9. 1 packagesegg noodles
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 1 cupsour cream
  12. 1/2 tspgarlic salt
  13. 1 canmushrooms

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Brown ground chuck with onions and green pepper.

    Add seasonings

  3. 3

    Add egg noodles to beef mixture.

  4. 4

    Pour liquids over noodles. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Heat. Do not boil!
