I love pizza, but lately found fast-food high prices and lack taste. I was given this loaf of ciabatta bread and thought I would try to see how it would work. This is quick and easy and the toppings can be endless without breaking the bank.

I love pizza, but lately found fast-food high prices and lack taste. I was given this loaf of ciabatta bread and thought I would try to see how it would work. This is quick and easy and the toppings can be endless without breaking the bank.

Cut Ciabatta bread lengthwise in half.

In small bowl add pizza sauce, basil, Italian seasoning, and sugar and mix together.

Spread mixture evenly over bread halves.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on both halves as thick or thin as you like.

Chop green peppers and onions into small pieces and spread evenly over both halves.

Add pepperoni slices as much as you like to both halves
- 7
Lay both halves on Pre heated 400°F oven rack for a crispy crust, for 20 minutes.

Remove and cut into slices.
