Ingredients

  • 1unbaked 9 " pie crust
  • 3eggs
  • 1/2 cupbutter/shortening, melted
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspvanilla

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. 2

    Put pie crust in pie plate.

  3. 3

    In medium bowl, combine eggs, melted butter/shortening, sugar, flour, vinegar, & vanilla. Pour mixture into pie shell.

  4. 4

    Bake for 45 minutes. Then let cool.
