Ingredients

  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3 clovegarlic diced
  • 2jalepenos chopped
  • 1 cupbeef broth
  • 4 cupchicken broth
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 candiced tomatoes or fresh tomatoes and tomatoes sauce
  • 1 cancorn
  • 1 canblack beans rinsed
  • 2 cupcooked shredded chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee garlic onions and jalepenos until soft

  2. 2

    Add seasoning, tomatos, chicken broth, beef broth, and water. Simmer for 30 minutes, taste, add more seasoning if necessary.

    Add corn, beans, and chicken. Simmer for another 15 minutes.

  4. 4
