Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/2 lbHot sausage, removed from casing
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 cupbread crumbs
  5. 2 tspminced garlic
  6. 1 tbspminced onion
  7. 33/100 cupchopped fresh parsley
  8. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan
  9. 2 tbspChopped sundried tomatoes
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  12. 2 tbspolive oil

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 450°F

  2. 2

    in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil. mix, knead, and squeeze until very well blended

  3. 3

    wet hands in water. roll the mixture into 1 1/2" meat balls

  4. 4

    oil a shallow roasting pan and brown the balls in the oven, about 20 minutes
