Ugali with fried beef and skuma

Cut beef into cubes, wash the beef cubes and boil untill it is soft

Using a different sufuria fry onions till it turns golden brown

Add ginger and capsicum as you mix them

Add chopped tomatoes then mix them well and let it cook untill it forms a paste.

Add beef followed by dhania and 1 tablespoon of nutmeg and mix them well

Add 1 cup of water and let it cook for 5-10 mins

Reduce heat and let it simmer

Using a different sufuria fry onions, add salt then add skuma and let it cook for 2-4 mins. Serve with ugali
