1 kgpealed, cleaned and cubed sliced nduma
1 piecegrounded tangawizi
Salt to test
1 ltrclean water
1 cubesliced onion

Put the sliced nduma and grounded tangawizi, cube sliced onions, salt and water in a sufuria then cover it with lid.

Let it simmer for 20mins

Drain the water

Serve with tea or fresh juice.
