Steps

In a large bowl mix fine suji and yoghurt and mix well.

Add little water to make a thick consistency batter

Add salt and Haldi and mix

Add ginger chilli paste, sugar, lemon juice and oil.

Add Coriander chopped and mix well.

Let the batter rest for 20 - 25 minutes

Take any pot and keep water to boil in it.

Cover it with lid.

Grease a thali.Place with oil

Add 2-3 tbsp of water to the batter.

Add Fruit salt and mix well. Air bubbles will form.

Pour the batter to the greased thali.

Place the thali on a stand in the boiling water.

Steam it for 10 - 15 minutes. Close the lid of the pot.

Off the gas and cool the Dhokla and cut into pieces.

Sprinkle little red chilli powder over it.

Serve them with chutney
