6 tspbaking powder
pinchsalt
1 cupRaisin
1grated orange
2tablespoons of golden syrup
250 gbutter
4-5 cupswater
2 cupssugar
4eggs
1 tspvanilla essence
1 tspyellow food colouring
1 tsporange flavoured essence

Mix sugar and butter

Add eggs to the mixture

Add orange essence and food colouring and vanilla

Add syrup mix
5

Add orange peels and Raisin mix well
6

Add flour and baking powder
7

Add pinch salt and water mix until it's dough
8

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C for 30- 45 minutes.
