Ingredients

  1. Noodles
  2. 1 packageslinguine noodles
  3. Dressing
  4. 1/2 cupsesame oil
  5. 1/4 cuppeanut oil
  6. 1 tbspCrushed Dried Red Pepper
  7. 6 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 6 tbspHoney
  9. 6 tbspFish Sauce
  10. 4 tbspFresh Lime Juice
  11. Stirred in Ingredients
  12. 1/3 cupFresh Cilantro
  13. 1/3 cupFresh Thai Basil
  14. topping
  15. 1chopped peanuts
  16. 1diced green onion

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Prepare noodles as directed on package ensuring noodles are al dente. Drain and add to a large bowl.

    Add the oils and crushed red pepper to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Strain the crushed red pepper from the oil and add the dressing ingredients. Mix well and stir into the noodles. Let noodles cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Add basil and cilantro to the noodles and mix well.

    Refrigerate overnight or until cold.

  6. 6

    Serve and top with green onions and peanuts.
