Ingredients

  • 2 cupUncooked farfalles
  • 1 lbAsparagus chopped in 1 inch pcs
  • 1/2 cupSliced orange pepper
  • 1 cupSun dried tomatoes in oil , julienne
  • 1/2 cupChicken broth
  • 50 gramsPhiladelphia
  • 1 tbspFresh, chopped oregano
  • 1 cupItaliano grated cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Meanwhile cook pepper and tomatoes in a large pan, on high heat ., until tender but still crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook pasta but omit salt. 2 minutes before the end, add asparagus to boiling water. Let cook , deain

  3. 3

    Add pasta ,asparagus, brith, cream cheese and oregano . Mix well. Cook while stirring for 5 min or until sauce slightly thickens. Garnish with shredded cheese.. Cook another 2 min til cheese melts. ( add cooked shrimp or chicken cubes)
