Asian slaw

a wonderfully light salad thanks to the nappa cabbage. You could substitute green or red cabbage for the nappa, which will hold up better and last longer and into the following day.

Steps
- 1
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2
For dressing: combine ingredients in a glass or plastic jar and shake well till mixed thoroughly.
- 3
My experience is that you will not need to use all the dressing for this salad. Top salad with dressing abd toss, only when ready to eat , to avoid a dressing laden and limp salad.
