Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 2 lblamb, ground
  2. 1 lbbeef, ground
  3. 7hamburger buns
  4. 2 mediumtomatoes, sliced
  5. 3 tbspminced garlic
  6. 1 tspground black pepper
  7. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 cupHeinz 57 steak sauce or, your favorite
  9. 1/4 cuptzatziki sauce, optional
  10. 1 tbspmarjoram
  11. 1 stickbutter, butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the beef , marjoram, lamb, salt and pepper

    Form into patties grill on the grill, till done. Right before pulling them off grill add melted butter to both sides. Careful the flames will jump up!

    Serve on bun with steak sauce, tomato, and tzatziki sauce, if you use.
