3 tbspminced garlic
1 tspground black pepper
1 1/2 tspsalt
1/4 cupHeinz 57 steak sauce or, your favorite
1/4 cuptzatziki sauce, optional
1 tbspmarjoram
1 stickbutter, butter

Mix the beef , marjoram, lamb, salt and pepper

Form into patties grill on the grill, till done. Right before pulling them off grill add melted butter to both sides. Careful the flames will jump up!

Serve on bun with steak sauce, tomato, and tzatziki sauce, if you use.
