Steps

Take 1 cup of refined flour, add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds to it. Add 1 1/2 tbsp ghee and mix well

Add chilled water little at a time and knead into a tight dough. Apply some ghee on top and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add pinch of asafoetida and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/2 tsp deggi mirch powder. Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala Add 1/2 tsp dry mango powder and 1/4 tsp black salt. Mix well.

Add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes Add 1 tbsp fresh coriander and mix well Stuffing is ready, let it cool

Divide the dough into 2 portions Take 1 portion and roll it into thin square sheet

Remove the rough edges with the help of pizza cutter Now cut it into 4 squares.

Take a small square sheet, fold the edges towards inside. Now flip this sheet Place 1 Tsp stuffing in the centre.

Fold the edges towards inside Seal the open portion Flip it towards backside Now open the four sides, that we have fold at first step.
