Khaman
It's a very popular Gujarati dish and my kids love it.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients save Eno fruit salt.

In your khamen steamer pour water and bring to boil.

Lightly oil your top thali.
- 4
Quickly mix the Eno fruit salt and pour the batter in the thali.

Steam cook it for 20 to 25 minutes. Once it's cook let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a pan take oil heat till it's smoking. Add mustard seed,sesame seed till they pop.pour this on the khaman.

Cut it into squares.Sprinkle with grated coconut and fresh coriander. Serve with any chutney you like.
