Ingredients

  1. 6 mediumpotatoes boiled whole then peeled
  2. 1 lbground chorizo cooked
  3. 1/4 cupsour cream
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 1salt to taste

    in the same pan u cooked the chorizo add the potatoes and other ingredients and mix well..

    devide mixture in parts for each pepper to b filled.

I used a Spanish hard chorizo, and added grated smoky cheddar. The mashed potatoes are definitely the way to go!
