  • 1 cupKetchup
  • 4 tbspBrown sugar
  • 4 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloveGarlic, minced (1 tsp)
  • 2 tspDry mustard
  • 2 tspSmoked paprika
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • items not in the sauce
  • 4 lbBoneless country style ribs
  • 2 largeOnions, sliced
  • 2 tbspOlive oil

Steps

    Brown ribs on all sides in oil. Mix all sauce ingredients in slow cooker. Add onion and ribs. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
